Misión

Acompañar a empresas y líderes en procesos de transformación no lineal, reconociendo la historia, las tensiones internas y los patrones de resistencia como elementos clave para diseñar estrategias sostenibles de cambio, evolución y diferenciación.

Nacimos del cansancio de ver cómo las organizaciones se enfrentan al cambio como si fuera un proceso limpio, racional, predecible.

Durante años, observamos cómo se lanzaban iniciativas, se contrataban consultores, se instalaban tecnologías… y, aun así, nada realmente cambiaba. Porque nadie hablaba del verdadero obstáculo: la memoria de la organización, una memoria hecha de errores pasados, egos protegidos, decisiones no resueltas, estructuras que sobreviven aunque ya no sirvan. Esa memoria invisible que, como la histéresis, impide que las cosas vuelvan a su forma original.

Así nació The Hysteresis Way.

No como una metodología, sino como una forma de mirar el cambio con otra lógica. Con respeto por lo que fue. Con claridad sobre lo que duele. Y con visión para lo que puede nacer después del caos.

No ofrecemos soluciones enlatadas. Acompañamos procesos reales, con fricción, con pausa, con conciencia.

Porque entendemos que las organizaciones no se transforman por decreto, sino cuando reconocen que su camino no será lineal... pero puede ser auténtico.
